Webpage Design with HTML/CSS Level 2
In the advanced HTML & CSS Class students will learn & lock in principles and technical details of creating Hypertext Documents and Styling them with css. This course covers semantic, layout and the intricacies of the modern browser. The student will also be introduced to the concepts that enable websites to be viewed on any browser or display.
PRE-REQUISITE: HTML/CSS Level 1
Fundamentals of Web design with HTML & CSS
Pre-requisite: Computer Basics
In this instructor-led, hands-on course, participants will learn the fundamentals of developing webpages using HTML (HyperText Markup Language) and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) to create simple yet professional looking webpages using HTML or Text editors. At the end of the course students will have a working knowledge of developing valid webpage with HTML & CSS
- Overview of web, web development, HTML/CSS
- HTML structure & creating simple webpage with different formatting tags
- Internal & External styles to control layout of the webpage
- Adding & formatting text, lists
- Adding & formatting links & images
- Adding & formatting tables
Arduino Level 2
Pre-Requisite : Arduino Level 1 or Equivalent
NOTE: For this course, 1) Students will bring their own Laptops. 2) Each student will need an Arduino kit to participate in the class. Students from Arduino level 1 class can use their existing kit or can buy ($20) or rent ($10).
The Arduino Level II course will go into more advanced aspects of the Arduino Platform that build upon the foundation of the skills in The Arduino Level I class. By the end of this class each student will have built upon their previous experience and l built an Arduino powered project using their Arduino knowledge. Each participant is required to bring their own laptop.
Arduino Level 1
NOTE: 1) Students will need to bring their own laptops to participate in the class.
2) Student will need to buy his/her own Arduino kit that they can keep at the end of the course ($20) or can rent it for $10 for the class duration only.
The Arduino Level I course will cover the fundamentals of electronics and the Arduino Platform. By the end of the class each student will understand basic electricity & have the skills to build basic prototypes using the Arduino platform. Each participant will need to bring their own laptop.
Microsoft Excel Level II
