Q: What are Futurelink’s times of operation?

 A: Futurelink’s operation hours are Monday-Friday 10AM to 8PM. Hours are subject to change. Please contact the local store for up to date details and hours for special events, weekends/holidays etc.

Q: Are all courses run 4-6 weeks?

 A: Most of the courses at Futurelink run from 4-6 weeks except TYPING course. Our Typing course run on monthly subscription basis where each students will be charged monthly tuition fee.

Q: Can my child bring in outside food or drink?

A: Due to the sensitive nature of our equipment NO food or drinks are allowed in the classrooms, computer Lab or STEM PlayZone area. We provide an electronic free zone where students can safely eat and drink. We have a strict NO ALCOHOL/ NO SMOKING in or outside the facility.

 Q:  Are reservations required for STEM PlayZone visits?

A: STEM PlayZone is subject to availability on the first come first serve basis. We gladly welcome walk-ins based on availability. Due to limited seating, we always recommend advanced reservations. In the event if you want to cancel the reservation to the STEM PlayZone visit, 4 hour advanced notice is required.

Q: What things should I know prior to check-in?

A: Each parent/guardian must sign a waiver of liability before their child uses the facility for any services offered by Futurelink. Every Futurelink student/STEM PlayZone club member is strictly required to follow check-in/check-out process for entering/exiting the facility for security reasons. If you have a scheduled time please arrive 10 minutes prior- this allows for a smooth check-in process.

Q: What is expected of students?

A: Members/Visitors of the STEM PlayZone/ Fun Play area will follow the directions and instructions from a supervisor or the instruction guides while using any electronics or toys. All the members/visitors/students are required to obey rules, posted and stated notices from any Futurelink employees/instructors/volunteers. At Futurelink, we promote a clean, fun and safe environment for all. Inconsiderate behavior, fighting or profanity of any kind will not be tolerated. A parent or guardian will be asked to remove their child from STEM PlayZone if they exhibit aggressive behavior in any manner or fail to follow instructions from our STEM coaches. We encourage everyone to report any kind of incident or misconduct to the Futurelink staff as soon as it happens for the timely resolution. For the safety of all, we reserve right to refuse admission to anyone, without refund who do not follow our policies and requirements.

 Q: What is the Futruelink refund/cancellation policy?

A: For all STEM Club & other annual memberships as well as STEM Club hourly passes, all sales are final and strictly no refunds. Refunds for classes will be provided if a cancellation request is made 7 days prior to the start of the class. Strictly no refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the start, including but not limited to same day or walk in registrations. Should a class be cancelled by Futurelink, students will be entitled to full refund or option to reschedule.

Q: What is the minimum age requirement for students?

A: STEM PlayZone area is for the children between age 7 and 17 due to the nature of equipment. The age requirements for our computer courses vary from 6 years old and up.

Q: Can my child bring his/her favorite techie toy?

A: No, in the interest of safety for all concerned, we request that no personal toys or equipment is brought in.

Q: Are there any restrictions to my STEM PlayZone membership?

A: STEM PlayZone memberships are not valid for special events, private events or summer camps hours. STEM Zone hours and availability subject to change at the discretion of management.
